My name is Karolina and I am Usui Reiki Master. I use The 5 Elements mantra as one of my healing methods and I also do guided meditation. I am very lucky to have been trained by wonderful teachers. In my life I discovered various healing methods and martial arts when I was a child. I've started from karate to judo to Tibetan Buddhism. It brought me to meditation and in some ways, I believe that it saved my life. I used to be a very hyperactive child, doing all kinds of things was possible. I believe that Buddhism calmed my mind a bit. Later on, I met my great teacher His Eminence Menri Ponlop Rinpoche who taught me several healing methods in Yundrung Bon Buddhist tradition. He and His Holiness 33rd Menri Trizin emphasized that I could use healing methods and to focus my life on it.

So, here I am, offering you wonderful Usui Reiki healing sessions with the possibility of The 5 Elements mantra together to calm your mind, reduce stress, anxiety and depression and possibly even help alongside cancer treatment. Reiki can help reduce pain, heal arthrosis and more. To be able to receive and be healed by Reiki you don’t need anything, simply lay down in your comfortable clothes and relax. I place my hands around your body and on places which I intuitively feel need more attention. I can also send distance healing, so you can be in comfort of your home. Your mind and body will feel the difference after. During the session you can have many sensations, feel warm or cold, feel relaxed or fall asleep. All is good and all is what you and your body need. I have been trained under wonderful friend and Independent Usui Reiki Master Kathy Lightfield.

To gain more insight into meditation and Tibetan Buddhism itself, I used to travel to India every year for 10 years. Then I decided to stay for a year and a half. I studied meditation, Tibetan yoga trulkhor, breathing techniques tsalung, philosophy, history, and Tibetan language in residential Lishu institute, in Dehradun and Mc Leod Ganj, India. I was able to gain that knowledge with support of amazing teachers.

I used to be working with non-profit organization Spiti Sapan. We were building a Tibetan Buddhist nunnery in the Himalayan region, Spiti. It is amazing when you can really see the true results of the work. The nunnery now has several nuns who are learning Buddhist philosophy, debate, logic, language, meditation and more. It was essential for me to spend that time in India, with my teachers, on retreats. I am still learning everyday. My wish is to help others as much as I can and at the same time integrate my Buddhist practice constantly into my daily life. I am in next phase of taking people to amazing Spiti and show them more of unique culture and way of life. It is going to be an amazing journey and you can have a look on my another website here
